Kuzo Aiyama Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genshu

This junmai daiginjo, a pure rice, unpasteurized, undiluted daiginjo made exclusively with Hyogo-grown “Aiyama” rice, known as “the diamond of brewer’s rice”, is brewed with Kimoto brewing technique. It is characterized by a refreshing melon-like bouquet, an assertive, juicy umami, and a crisp, refined aftertaste.
