Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired or incorrect, please contact us at support@miraisekkai.com or request a return from our returns page within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and photos where applicable.

Eligibility

Products must be unopened, unused and with original seals intact, unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare, personal care and baby care products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after warehouse quality inspection, to the original payment method or as store credit. You can follow your return at Track Return Status.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Nepal.
