General Return Policy – 10 Days

You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery for most items, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and manuals are included
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • A valid tax invoice is provided

Eligible Return Reasons

1 Wrong Product Received

Incorrect item, size, or variant. Must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

2 Product Damaged in Transit

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photo or video evidence is required.

For damaged items, please take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging before opening.
